A closed, verified platform where companies share factual employee exit records — and check candidate history before hiring. Structured data. Legal compliance. Zero defamation risk.
A three-step process that takes minutes — not days — to verify a candidate's exit history.
Your organisation onboards with verified GST / CIN credentials. One-time KYC process. No individual can join without company verification.
HR logs structured, factual fields for each departing employee — exit type, notice period, rehire status. PAN-linked. No free-text remarks.
Before making an offer, query any candidate's PAN. Receive a verified exit intelligence report in seconds — from every company they've worked at.
Every employee can view their own record and raise a dispute. Companies must respond within 7 days. Full audit trail maintained.
Designed from the ground up to be legally compliant, defamation-proof, and operationally simple for HR teams.
Only verified, KYC-checked companies get access. No public directory. No individual access without employer verification.
No free-text remarks. Every data point is a dropdown or checkbox — factual, verifiable, and defamation-proof by design.
Every record is tied to the employee's Permanent Account Number — India's most reliable unique identifier. No duplicates, no fraud.
Built in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Employee consent, data retention policies, and DPO framework included.
A candidate query returns a verified exit intelligence report in seconds — not the 7–15 days that traditional BGV agencies take.
Submit exit records for free, forever. Search access is what you pay for. This ensures data contribution happens naturally — no cold-start problem.
From startups to enterprises — if you hire employees in India, this platform is built for you.

Understand how your past exits are perceived by future employers — and take control of your professional reputation.
When you leave a company, your employer may record structured, factual data about your exit — such as whether you served your notice period, the nature of your departure, and your rehire eligibility. ExitIQ aggregates these records into a transparent, disputable exit profile.
Your exit profile is not a credit score. It is a factual record — and like CIBIL, you have the right to view it, dispute inaccuracies, and get corrections made.
Did you serve the contractually agreed notice period at each employer?
Resigned, terminated for cause, absconded, contract ended, or laid off — each carries different weight.
Whether your previous employer would consider rehiring you — a strong indicator of professionalism.
Confirmed match between your stated role and the employer's recorded designation.
Length of each employment and consistency across roles over your career.
You can request to see your complete exit profile from ExitIQ at any time.
If a record is inaccurate, you can raise a dispute and the employer must respond in 7 days.
Your data is accessible only to verified companies. No public access. No anonymous queries.
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you can request deletion of your personal data subject to legal conditions.
We are currently in the B2B pilot phase. Employee self-access is coming soon. Register below to be notified first.
